
Kenneth R. Rubenstein
Doctor of Dental Surgery
Dr. Ken Rubenstein was born and grew up in Brooklyn and received his B.A. in Biology from Brooklyn College in 1959. He received his DDS degree from New York University in 1963 after which he served for two years as a Captain in the Army Dental Corp, stationed in Germany. After practicing in Brooklyn for four years, he moved his family to Long Island in 1969, where he has been practicing ever since. The practice has been located in its current location since 1977. Dr. Ken served as an attending instructor in prosthetic dentistry for twenty years at Nassau County Medical Center, where he taught reconstructive and implant dentistry to first and second year residents. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Nassau County Dental Association and is a current member of the Long Island Dental Study Club, and was a former president of the Mid-Island Dental Club. He attends post-graduate courses on a regular basis where he keeps abreast of the latest techniques and the newest materials. Dr Rubenstein and his wife Ellice have three children, Mark, Brian, and Melissa as well as eight grandchildren. He lives in Commack and when not in the office, he probably can be found on the golf course.
